“This is a beautiful place to stay in a bucolic village. We were thrilled with every aspect. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, the breakfast was excellent, and the walks from the River House (to the village and into the countryside) are unforgettable. We hope to return.”
“My partner and I came for a weekend away here and we will be back! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we cannot fault a single thing. Emma and Regan are the most friendly, informative and amazing people and the hotel was beautiful. Everything was perfect; the room, the food, the location, and the hotel itself it’s beautifully presented. It’s clear that the owners put so much effort into what they do and it really felt so homely. There was this calm aura throughout the hotel and the grounds which is just what we needed. “Had an amazing time here! Beat my expectations by far! the place, the rooms, the staff service, the food, the views. I emailed that I would be proposing to my partner and reagan the owner managed to tell me an amazing spot without giving anything away when we arrived. He made us feel like home and we spent our New Year's Eve there it's a magical place and now holds a memory for us forever I would recommend 100% would give 10 star rating if I could will definitely be back!”

The owners Emma and Regan are just the warmest most caring people who really take pride in their work and it shows in every aspect of the business - from the gorgeous natural surroundings and beautiful interior to top notch quality service and care. Since booking with them, Emma was always just a message away if I had any questions and was so involved on our special day making sure everything is to our liking and running smoothly. We cannot thank them and the team enough for their care and effort. It was so hard to leave Ty Afon after our perfect five days celebrating such an important occasion in such an incredible environment.
